Bear off the wind and move back hand down
Keep body on top of the board and pop the board sheeting in hard
Lean forwards over the mast foot and push back arm and back foot in opposite directions
Turn your head to look out of the slide

have you got any tips for the grubby because i have made 2 of them before but now eveytime i seem to get most of the way around but just end up getting back winded and falling in any tips on how to stop this?

You basically need to keep your core stable, maybe practyise some core stability work. Also a straight back is imperative! One arm should be slightly bent and the other should be bent at a 45 degree angle. Bend your knees slightly and keep your legs shoulder-width apart. Finally keep your eyes looking ahead, dont look down. And think positively, it always helps!!
