Cana Brava
Saturday, 5th November at 10:37 am by BubbleThe Cana Brava is a variation of the Flaka Diablo and was invented by a local instructor in Bonaire by the name of Ronald Meyer. It was then taken to the world tour by Tonky Frans. I used it to win the British Freestyle title.
If you can already 1 Handed Flaka Diablo then instead of grabbing the back of the boom with your front hand, slide your back hand to the end of the boom and grab the new side of the boom with your front hand - easy!!
