Windsurfing has been around for many years and along the way the popularity of the sport has gone up and down.  At the moment its definitely growing in popularity again amongst the younger generation as the new skateboarding or snowboarding.  It has a pretty hip and cool image and more and more kids are starting to take up this epic sport.

Finding sponsorship outside of the industry is very difficult these days and also funding a competitive windsurfing career is quite expensive.  As professional windsurfers we rely on sponsorship in able to compete at a professional level.  In return we give you a lot of exposure in magazines, websites and videos and most importantly through interaction with people giving product recommendations.
Below you will find a detalied description of what i need as a sponsored rider and what i can offer you as a sponsored rider.  You will also find a budget for 1 year of competing and training.

What I can offer you:

* Exposure at all the forthcoming PWA and UKWA freestyle and super x events by having stickers on my sails and or wearing your products, I am definitely chasing a world title this year or next. Also I think I am going to be a good contender at the indoor boat show this year, which attracts huge amounts of media exposure
* I will continue working for Club Vass/Dahab/Margarita in between all these events, where I see thousands of people over each season and I have a lot of influence what products they buy.
* Exposure in windsurfing magazines worldwide, I have already worked with Italian, French and English magazines plus Gaastra/Tabou have sent a press release to all German magazines about me. I am currently doing a profile article with a Russian magazine.
* All the adverts for ClubVass for the magazines and main pics in all the brochures
* I write articles for boardseekermag.com every month and they have all my videos and pics,
* Amex also use me in all their adverts online check out http://www.zerogravitydistribution.com
* Exposure on my own website http://www.k540.com which has been taking 450 hits a day!! Since it came online

This is what I need:

* I am looking to fund the travel and entry to the events
* A salary so that I can go full time pro
* To be included in brand publicity
