Vass Boys UK Tour!!

Myself and Colin ‘Whippy’ Dixon are travelling around the Uk during September competing on the UKWA Tour.  Starting with Hayling Island Night Super X on the 2nd and 3rd of September.  I reckon its set to be a bit of a booze up!  Especially if there’s no wind!  From there we are off down to Cornwall for a bit of wave sailing (hopefully!).  On the 9th and 10th we are running a freestyle clinic at Siblyback Lake which is about 25minutes away from Plymouth.

On the Saturday its for the kids and Sunday for the adults.  The clinic will include light and high wind freestyle, video coaching and kit tuning or setting your kit up for freestyle.  We will also have a small competition where prizes can be won provided by Kangaroo Poo.  Camping is available and on the Saturday night we will have a bit of a barby!  Price is £20 for SWLT members and £25 for non members.

Fuerte report and pics

Well the competition is over and i am now back in Vass sitting in the beach hut with a cracking hangover after the infamous Club Vass bbq!  The end result from Fuerte was myself in 17th, Skyeboy in 28th and Simon in 31st.  It was a dissapointing result for Simon as his result doesn’t reflect his performance during the competition.  I am pretty happy with my reasult but as always it could have been better but also could have been much worse!
